Address Book was easy and trouble free to install from a CD ROM.

The address book is family friendly, with room for a lot of information. There is an Event Reminder alerting you to important dates: birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Printing is easy with the Print Wizard. It also has a feature that launches your Web pages and email addresses. It does not come with a booklet, so I printed out information I needed from the Help Menu.

For $10.00 you can unlock Address Book Deluxe and for 29.95 you can get the key to unlock the Animated Greetings cards which send cards to your friends or family for you. You must upgrade the program first to use many of the features. I also wish that a booklet came with the program.

I liked the fact that you could print out a list of all birthdays, anniversary or Holidays from the address list. In order to do this you bring up your address book, I call one of mine Family, then go to the title bar and select View, then select Event Reminder from the view drop down menu. Up will come the list of Birthdays, Anniversaries, and any other occasion you put into the reminder list. This program shows events for a year from today's date. To the right is a list of things you can do. I click on Print Events. Then I click on Birthdays and out comes all the birthdays from this month for a year. I think this is a great feature. You can have address books for many categories, business, friends, family, grandchildren, etc.

I didn't like the fact that this is a very basic program and in order to get some of the programs it talks about you must send money and unlock the features.
