AnyTime contains a plethora of features that would cost many times the price of this outstanding program. Boot it up and you are ready to enter your schedule. I particularly like the calendar scheduling in which the day, week, month and year views are readily available and completely customizable. You can easily design your own calendar layout from the many samples contained in the layout files. One click on the"Repeating Events" tab opens a window containing buttons for the number of days, weeks, months, or years that you want to repeat the event with each category further subdivided into Tabs for repeating"by-day or by-date" entries.

Some interesting enticements offered free of charge by Individual Software Inc. the company that produces AnyTime, to lure you into purchasing their software are free downloading of professional sport's seasonal schedules (such as NFL, NBA, NHL, PGA and others) and other special bonuses.

Talk about user-friendly, this is the easiest calendar to use that I have seen. Prior to using AnyTime I had limited success with the calendar programs contained in Windows 98 and/or in the several that I downloaded from the Internet.

In addition to the calendar & scheduling feature, AnyTime contains an Address Book. Like the calendar, you can do anything an address program should do and many things that you would not have thought of doing if they weren't readily available. Some of these features are: writing letters, faxes or email directly from the address book program as well as printing envelopes.

I have yet to open and use the NoteBook program, which lets you write letters, memos and faxes but also has the attributes of he Address book. For both these programs I again echo the comments I wrote in the calendar section concerning user-friendliness.
