By Golly!! - It Works!!

It has been such a long, long time since I have been able to use the magical Print Screen key.  I remember using it in DOS for various reasons, - and now, at last, an application that will once again allow me to use Print Screen. I would venture a guess and say that some newcomers to the computer have no idea what you can do with this key.  I don’t think there is one class that you can take in the last few years that even mentioned the Print Screen Key because Win3x and Win95 made that function inconvenient and awkward to use.

Now everything has changed with Print Screen Deluxe.

As a teaching tool, it simply cannot be beat.  I can now use a picture of an actual window to illustrate what I am trying to say. .... It is true .... a picture is worth a thousand words.

This application allows me to Print Screen the entire window, a full screen, part of a screen.  It allows me to save what is on the screen to various formats, i.e. jpeg, bmp, gif, etc. In other words, if you can see it, you can print it. You can shrink or stretch the image.  You can adjust the brightness.  You can grab text or graphics from the Internet, or any other application and either save it or print it.  Both options are available.  It allows you to convert to greyscale, or convert to a negative, and it has a very powerful zoom feature, so that if you are working with graphics you can capture the smallest detail.

Blessed are those to can read and understand manuals that come with an application.  Thankfully, the learning curve for the application is minimal.  This application is a winner.
