Morph is defined in the dictionary as "a representation of an occurrence of a morpheme."  Now, - I don’t know what a morpheme is, - but the application Morph is really the magic of metamorphasis or transformation of one object to another object right before your eyes.

This application has the ability to change a kitten to a tiger, or change a male face to a female face, or even change the Mona Lisa’s smile to a smirk, - or you can change Mona Lisa to Madonna, if that is where your imagination takes you.  In other words, there is no end to what Morph can do.

One of the things I had fun trying is using a picture and making a caricature, which exaggerated a prominent feature of the subject.  The most common caricatures are of human faces, but bodies, animals or inanimate objects can also be caricatured.  Morph can generate caricatures from virtually any pair of static images.  Once you have completed your image, you can use your screen as a player, so that you can view the animation of what you have created.  There are any number of tools that you can use, including an Adjusting Tool, a Key Point Tool, a Line Tool, Magnifying Glass, Scissors, Rotating Tool, etc.

If you have ever watched any science fiction TV or movie and seen a change in the physical form or structure developing frame by frame, there is no doubt it was done with an application like Morph.

On the downside, I must admit that I had to read the manual that comes on the installation CD, before I could comprehend what this app could do or how it could be done.  Because I could not retain all the help in the help section as I went along, I found it necessary to print out several chapters.  I would gladly have paid a small fee for the printed manual if it was available.  It would have been much more convenient, and I would not have had to spend so much time printing, nor would I have had to spend additional money for the ink cartridge, and paper.  But - I suppose if you buy a product like Morph, you shouldn’t complain about that extra cost.
